El empleado que le ayudó le dijo que según no existía la clave. Mi madre no se fue del banco. Le llamo a su banco Wells Fargo en EEUU inmediatamente y le tuvieron que dar el dinero a mi madre por que Wells Fargo se comunicó con Bancomer y fueron puestos en su lugar. Es tan feo que haya gente así tan ratera que quiera robar y mas cuando le quieren robar a gente turista que visita su país de origen. They have very lousy customer service.
