★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creo que cambiaré de banco, bbva en lo personal me ha dejado muchas malas experiencias y después de lo que ví hoy, ejecutivos que te roban desde tu cuenta por qué se graban tus contraseñas. ? Y que se aprovechan de las personas adultas para robarles y venderles creditos que no necesitan solo por que tienen que cubrir una cuota de ventas muy mal. BBVA debería checar mejor en su personal a la hora de contratar personal, creo que en sus estándares de confianza están reprobados y por lo que en lo personal me pasó cualquiera de esos establecimientos deber de ser de confíanza y no lo son.
I think I will change banks. Personally, bbva has left me many bad experiences and after what I saw today, executives who steal from your account, why are your passwords recorded? ? And that they take advantage of adults to steal and sell them credits that they do not need just because they have to cover a very bad sales quota. BBVA should take a better look at its staff when hiring staff. I believe that their trust standards are disapproved and because of what happened to me personally, any of those establishments must be trustworthy and they are not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los cajeros están en malas condiciones, y las prácticajas se quedan con el dinero al momento de hacer depósitos, lo cual te ocasiona perder tiempo en aclaraciones y esperar semanas para que tu dinero sea devuelto. O bien estas se quedan con tu tarjeta y de igual manera tienes que perder tiempo haciendo reportes y reposiciones

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pocas veces voy a sucursal, en especial está de Hermosa Provincia, su personal de cajas y ejecutivos están poco capacitados y calificados para ese trabajo, hacen perder el tiempo y tratan de forma grosera y déspota a los clientes, y cuando pedí el nombre de quien me atendió me dieron un nombre falso, burlándose de mí solamente. Si no aceptan quejas, es que no están dispuestos a mejorar.
I seldom go to a branch, especially in Hermosa Provincia, their cashiers and executives staff are poorly trained and qualified for this job, they waste time and treat customers rudely and despotically, and when I asked who's name I was given a false name, only making fun of me. If they do not accept complaints, they are not willing to improve.
