Cómo pasa siempre en este tipo de establecimientos uno no va por gusto, principalmente es hacer trámites de dinero. Por lo tanto lo que la mayoría de los bancos: a veces mucha gente, hacer filas, engorroso, etc. Prácticamente ningún banco se salva. Siempre dirán que valoran mucho tus comentarios y que para ellos el cliente es importante. Pero la verdad su sistema siempre será el de espérate y aguantate. Después de todo lo tienes que hacer. ¿ O en verdad hay otra opción?

A ver, es verdad que el banco está ahora mismo tomando las medidas necesarias, poca gente puede entrar, lo que hace que haya filas interminables afuera. Las personas que no tienen la cultura de mantener una sana distancia se amontonan pero es verdad que hay quien sí respeta y deja el espacio necesario entre cada perdón en la fila. Les recomiendo ir temprano, hay personas formadas desde las 7 de la mañana y el banco está funcionando desde las 8.30, si se te ocurre llegar a las 8.30 que ya abrieron encontrarás fácil a 50 personas antes de ti. Solo hay dos filas (una es la del cajero, es mucho menos concurrida) la fila que entra al banco: seas cliente o no te tienes que formar aquí y atiende a personas que van a ventanilla y con ejecutivo.

En plena fase 3 de la pandemia por COVID-19, los responsables de esta sucursal bancaria no organizan a la gente, no invitan a que guarde la sana distancia, no hay señalética en el piso que indique el espacio que se debe guardar y el encargado de la entrada solo cierra la puerta del banco, se sienta y se duerme. No es aceptable que ustedes estén permitiendo que sus sucursales sean un foco de infección.

La peor sucursal de todas, pesima atención acudi a realizar la actualizacion de mi expediente, posterior a ya haber realizado mi tramite virtual fallida por una mala atencion y fallido proceso virtual, acudi a sucursal a *SOluCIoNar" y nuevamente el proceso fue fallido, el personal presta poca atencion al proceso, se distrae fácilmente con su telefono movil lo que ocasiona que sus servicios sran deficientes y tengas q acudir varias veces por un mismo proceso.

Pésima atención a sus clientes, te hacen esperar horas para atender un problema con sus cuentas. Le dan preferencia a la gente con cita, y se entiende, pero no avisan el tiempo de espera si llegas directo a sucursal, te puedes hacer fácil 3hrs para pasar con ejecutivo.
