G	Gillian Michelle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experiencia. Más de hora y media para hacer un trámite de 5 minutos. No hay seguridad dentro ni fuera del banco. Las personas utilizan sus celulares dentro del establecimiento, realizan llamadas y nadie les dice nada. No tienen un orden para atender a los clientes. Los ejecutivos no están capacitados para resolver dudas. Si pueden acudir a otra sucursal háganlo. Horrible experience More than an hour and a half to do a 5 minute process. There is no security inside or outside the bank. People use their cell phones inside the establishment, make calls and nobody says anything to them. They do not have an order to serve customers. Executives are not trained to answer questions. If you can go to another branch do it.

E	Edi San on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una vergüenza su organización para pasar con algún ejecutivo. Acudí a cambiar mi número de teléfono para la aplicación móvil de BBVA. Me forme 2 horas en el sol, estuve de pie, junto con varias personas que pasaríamos con ejecutivo. Y cuando ingrese a la sucursal me dieron turno y tarde 1 hora más, ahora sentada esperando. A pesar del turno los chicos del banco, que supuestamente atienden en la puerta pasaban a otros a diestra y siniestra y entonces aunque faltaban 3 turnos para pasar, primero pasaron como 10 personas, Sin turno. Esto avalado por el gerente de la sucursal. De los 3 chicos en puerta no se hacía uno, no tienen orden, y entre ellos se hacen un caos. Señor gerente haga su trabajo y ponga orden. La pandemia no es excusa para dar pésimo servicio por su mala organización y liderazgo. Gracias Shame on your organization to spend with some executive. And when I entered the branch they gave me my turn and it took me 1 hour more, now sitting waiting. Despite the shift, the guys from the bank, who supposedly attend the door, passed others to the right and left and then, although there were 3 shifts left to pass, first about 10 people passed, without a shift. This endorsed by the manager of the branch. Of the 3 boys at the door there was not one, they have no order, and between them they make chaos. Mr. Manager do your job and put order. The pandemic is no excuse for giving terrible service because of poor organization and leadership. Thank you

Deberían capacitar a su personal de la entrada para tener buen servicio al cliente porque su atención es nefasta y te contestan mal, o de plano ignoran. terrible service and attention.
