★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre se encuentra demasiado lleno, ya que es el único banco BBVA Bancomer que hay en Puente de Ixtla . A pesar de todo eso los cajeros se encuentran en muy buen estado y es raro que no tengan efectivo. Desafortunadamente están descuidados en cuanto a limpieza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio, lo único que no me gustó fue cuando fui a dar de alta mi banca móvil me pidieron que les diera mi celular y que ellos hacían todo no sé qué tantas cosas le móvil a la aplicación de banca móvil lo que me molestó es que no te dejan ver qué es lo que le están moviendo eso está mal por que la banca móvil es algo personal. Con otros banco tú haces esos movimientos y no ellos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deberían de capacitar mejor a su personal, en particular a las chicas que están en la entrada para dar los tickets de turno y apoyo en los cajeros, ya que se junta mucha gente y no saben como hacer depósitos en los cajeros y ellas no les ayudan, además que dejan de funcionar los 2 únicos cajeros para depósitos y ni así los quieren pasar a ventanilla.
