★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son Las 8:40 am y esta cerrado, en la puerta hay un letrero que dice que por seguridad se abrirá hasta las 10 am, sin embargo en la página el horario que indica es a partir de las 8:30 am. Solicito actualización de horarios en su pagina

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es mi sucursal BBVA. Cierto, a la apertura de mi cuenta me dejaron esperar 1 hora porque uno de lo ejecutivos salio a comer, y solo habia 1 ejecutivo atendiendo. Ademas, habia mucha gente que pedian estados de cuenta.
Es muy cierto que este sucursal deja mucho de desear en cuestion de atencion a clientes, y espero, viendo que BBVA esta contestando aqui mismo, que toman en serio de levantar en buena manera este sucursal. Tiene mucho potencial, excelente ubicacion, mucho flujo de trafico y gente.
4 estrellas porque estoy feliz con el servicio que brinda BBVA, la mejor de Mexico, no 5 estrellas, porque pueden mejorar muchas cosas! (Y) Mucho exito!
It is my BBVA branch. Right, when I opened my account they let me wait 1 hour because one of the executives went out to eat, and there was only 1 executive attending. Also, there were a lot of people asking for account statements.
It is very true that this branch leaves much to be desired in terms of customer service, and I hope, seeing that BBVA is answering right here, that they are serious about building this branch in a good way. It has a lot of potential, an excellent location, a lot of traffic flow and people.
4 stars because I am happy with the service that BBVA provides, the best in Mexico, not 5 stars, because they can improve many things! (And) Much success!

Te dicen que en seguida te atiende y después de 40 minutos tuve que reclamar. Lo peor es que no se dignaron en disculparse.
