A	Ana Banana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me imprimieron el turno para un área incorrecta, se me ofrecio direccionar mi turno al área correspondiente y no se realizo espere por una hora el servicio de un ejecutivo y se reimprimio otro turno "preferencial" al notar que mi turno anterior no se direcciono correctamente, pero espere otra media hora y no recibi la antención que nececitaba de un ejecutivo y pude ver en mi espera que a muchos turnos nadie respondió porque de la misma forma muchos clientes se retiraron antes de ser atendidos por la ineficiencia en su servicio. I was printed the turn for an incorrect area, I was offered to direct my turn to the corresponding area and I did not wait for an hour for the service of an executive and another "preferential" shift was reprinted when I noticed that my previous shift was not addressed correctly, but I waited another half hour and did not receive the attention I needed from an executive and I could see in my wait that many shifts nobody responded because in the same way many clients withdrew before being treated for inefficiency in their service.

G	German GG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, solo había 1 Ejecutiva en el lugar y 2 horas para atender a 1 sola persona mientras habían otros 5 afuera esperando. Se ve que no tienen Gerente ni supervisor. Terrible service, there was only 1 Executive in the place and 2 hours to serve a single person while there were 5 others outside waiting. It is seen that they have no manager or supervisor.

Agilicen sus trámites ahora en contingencia porque no nos gusta estar dos horas ahí esperando con mucha más gente al rededor. Lo peor es que era mi turno pero pasaron a una señora que no tenía turno, seguramente la pasaron para darle una tarjeta de crédito (siempre hacen eso). Terrible service, I went early not to be late and it still took me more than 2 hours to be attended by an executive. The worst thing is that it was my turn but they passed a lady who did not have a turn, surely they passed her to give her a credit card (they always do that).
