★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Éramos unas de las primeras personas que esperamos en fila a las 8:15 AM y les ayudaron a gente que acababa de llegar desde las 9 de la mañana. Les estaban atendidos antes que nosotros y nosotros estábamos esperando más tiempo. No se porque los asen tomar número y no ayudan en orden de los números.
 We were one of the first people who waited in line at 8:15 AM and helped people who had just arrived from 9 in the morning. They were taken care of before us and we were waiting for more time. I do not know why they are grabbed taking numbers and they do not help in order of numbers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Existe la tarjeta PREFERENTE que da primero el servicio a las que calificaron sobre todos los demás cuenta habientes. DURANDO horas para esperar ser atendido por el ejecutivo. Hoy 6 de enero 2020 solo atiende una persona, imagínense dando la preferencia, duramos aún más esperando los mortales
There is the PREFERRED card that first gives the service to those who qualified over all other account holders. DURING hours to wait to be attended by the executive. Today January 6, 2020 only one person attends, imagine giving preference, we last even longer waiting for mortals

Terrible service!!! Of the worst!!! Even some (not all) tellers seem to intentionally slow things down ...
