The attention is rubbish, there are 3 executives and only one attends, the other 2 talking instead of attending, I will never return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el servicio, te descuidas tantito y te dan lo que ellos quieren, seguros de cajón en cualquier producto que solicites , comisiones que no definen claramente, tarjetas de crédito que según van con lo productos.
ahora tiene que haber gente comprometida, desafortunadamente no me tocó a pesar que solicite ayuda de la Gte en turno.
The service is terrible, you neglect a little and they give you what they want, drawer insurance on any product you request, commissions that are not clearly defined, credit cards that go with the products.
now there have to be committed people, unfortunately I did not get in spite of requesting help from the Gte in turn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy fuí por el plástico a la sucursal en Cruz del Sur, pero no me dieron el plástico porque mi huella dactilar no pasó.
La pregunta es, ¿Puedo acudir a la sucursal de BBVA de Outlet? A "tramitar" el plástico nuevamente? Y cómo se manejaría si ya tenían mi tarjeta física y por ese motivo no me lo dieron, como una reposición, o solicitarlo cómo si fuera la primera vez?
Me refiero a la cuenta Libretón Básico.
Today I went to the branch in Cruz del Sur for the plastic, but they did not give me the plastic because my fingerprint did not pass.
The question is, can I go to the BBVA Outlet branch? To "process" the plastic again? And how would it be handled if they already had my physical card and for that reason they did not give it to me, as a replacement, or request it as if it were the first time?
I am referring to the Basic Libretón account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un pésimo servicio ya que en cajas según ellos solo te pueden recibir depósitos arriba de 25,000.00 y si son menos de eso son con centavos todo por no hacer su trabajo los cajero de recibir dinero y para usar las prácticajas con billetes de denominación pequeña es un relajo llevo varias veces reportando esa sucursal pero al parecer no hacen nada para recolver esa situación
It is a terrible service since in boxes according to them you can only receive deposits above 25,000.00 and if they are less than that they are with cents all for not doing their job the cashiers of receiving money and to use the practices with small denomination bills is a I have been relaxed several times reporting that branch but apparently they do not do anything to recover that situation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es pésimo el servicio prepotentes es la unica sucursal que dan turnos cuando ya quieren cerrar.
En ventanillas siempre hay un solo cajero aun cuando la fila de personal ya esta esperando.
The arrogant service is terrible, it is the only branch that gives shifts when they want to close.
At teller windows there is always only one cashier even when the line of staff is already waiting.
