★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio y atención a cliente brindada en la sucursal. Es la primera vez que visito una sucursal de bbva y me quedó muy buen sabor de boca.
Desde la señorita que te recibe para darte el turno, el cajero en ventanilla y el Gerente Aldo Hernandez, todos te brindan atención cordial. Solucionaron mi problema y no me dejaron ir hasta que quedó resuelto.
A comparación de Banamex ellos solo te dicen: “lo siento, no podemos hacer nada” y el trato es menos servicial. Definitivamente, me cambié a un mejor banco.
Excellent service and customer service provided at the branch. This is the first time I have visited a BBVA branch and it left a very good taste in my mouth.
From the lady who welcomes you to give you your turn, the cashier at the window and the Manager Aldo Hernandez, they all give you cordial attention. They fixed my problem and wouldn't let me go until it was solved.
Compared to Banamex, they only tell you: “I'm sorry, we can't do anything” and the treatment is less helpful. I definitely switched to a better bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una pequeña sucursal que esta ubicada en la esquina de Av Oceania y Av del Peñon col Pensador Mexicano, Alcaldía V. Carranza. Tiene muy poco lugar donde aparcar los autos y no tiene acceso adecuado para personas con capacidades diferentes.
En servicios bancarios tiene el personal adecuado que le ayuda a resolver sus necesidades y transacciones bancarias.
It is a small branch that is located on the corner of Av Oceania and Av del Peñon col Pensador Mexicano, Mayor's Office V. Carranza. It has very little place to park cars and does not have adequate access for people with disabilities.
In banking services you have the right staff to help you solve your banking needs and transactions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sucursal de alto peligro, en junio o julio de 2019nos asaltaron a los clientes con metralletas dentro de la sucursal, la policia llego cuando ya habian escapado, no tiene visibilidad hacia el exterior por los puestos ambulantes.
