★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengan cuidado con los prestamos personales, que les impriman las condiciones y expliquen bien. Yo por las prisas y solo firmar en la tablet me ensarté horrible (salió super caro el préstamo + comision de cuenta de ahorros?...), quedaron descuentos quincenales y el ejecutivo me dijo que mi tarjeta libreton en donde depositaría para los pagos no tenía comisiones (me la abrió en el momeno del préstamo) y cual?, pago más de 200 pesos de comisiones mensuales.
Me atendió un ejecutivo del lado derecho que si no entro a asomarme nunca hubiera llamado a nadie. Es mega tardado que te atiendan.
Adicional me llamaban 2 o 3 veces x quincena para recordarme pagar hasta que en 3 ocasiones pedí ya no me llamaran y x fin me dieron de Baja.
 Beware of personal loans, to print them and explain the conditions well. For the rush and just sign on the tablet I speared horrible (went super expensive loan + commission savings account? ...), were bi-weekly discounts and executive told me my card Libretón where depository for payments not had commissions (I opened the momeno of the loan) and what ?, pay more than 200 pesos monthly commissions.
I attended an executive from the right side if you do not enter peek never would have called anyone. It is mega slow you attend.
Additional I called 2 or 3 times x fortnight to remind me pay until I asked 3 times and no longer call me x finally got off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, más de 1 hora para depositar. Sólo dos cajeros en ventanilla y la sucursal llena, mientras tanto un empleado afuera voceando los turnos que pasan con los ejecutivos de cuenta y otra dando los turnos (sin trabajo y limandose las uñas) ¡¡Que desperdició de mano de obra!!
Terrible service, more than 1 hour to deposit. Only two tellers at the window and the branch full, meanwhile an employee outside shouting the shifts they spend with account executives and another giving shifts (without work and filing their nails) What a waste of manpower !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laura Hernández me corrió de sucursal a las 4:30 y me dijo que ahí no podían desbloquear mi app que era x línea Bancomer en 48hrs( me hicieron un cargo indebido x Wallet) a pesar de que le dije que x teléfono y en la misma app, decía que era en sucursal. Volví a llamar y me dijeron lo mismo. Simplemente no se le dio la gana atenderme xq ya era viernes. En caja me habían dicho que sólo debía descargar y cargar la app lo cual tampoco fue cierto. Pésimo servicio y todo lo que dicen es mentira, robo x su app wallet “segura” y no te ayudan a recuperar tu cuenta por pura flojera y les vale?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no había casi gente para pasar con un ejecutivo y aún así estuve una hora esperando y jamás me atendieron ya que los ejecutivos pierden mucho tiempo en estar platicando y no atienden a nadie! Me acerqué con la persona que atiende al entrar al banco y no solucionó nada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima seguridad en las cajas, ayer a como a las 5pm entro un señor que según quiere "ayudar" en el cajero automático pero por mas que se lo niegues insiste al punto de hostigar y vigilar tus transacciones. Hay un supuesto vigilante que ignora lo que sucede siendo cómplice. Mucho cuidado.
PD. También publique este comentario en la ubicación del cajero y lo eliminaron.
Terrible security at the cashiers, yesterday at about 5pm a man entered who wants to "help" at the ATM but no matter how much you deny it, he insists on harassing and monitoring your transactions. There is a supposed vigilante who ignores what happens while being an accomplice. Great care.
P.S. I also posted this comment on the cashier location and they removed it.
