Pésimo servicio, no había nada de gente y tuve que esperar mas de 1 hora a que me resolvieran un problema y nunca me atendieron, pasan primero a otras personas y todo lo hacen con una lentitud. BBVA Xilotzingo... Decepción de sucursal.

Asco de servicio Dos horas para que me dijera que volviera el siguiente día. Pero no fuera para abrir una cuenta de credito porque los pasan rapidísimo.

Es la peor sucursal que he visitado en mi vida, todo mal, comenzando desde el trato, el tiempo de espera ha sido de más de una hora, es muy pequeño y en ocasiones no respetan los turnos.

Pésima atención, de media hora hasta una hora para atender a UNA SOLA PERSONA, en lo personal me hicieron perder dos horas para al final decir que acuda a la sucursal mas cercana a mi domicilio.

Servicio medianamente bueno. La sucursal es muy pequeña para el volumen de gente que atiende. El tiempo de espera es de unos cuarenta minutos o más, en días de quincena. Aunado a la cantidad de gente aglomerada, el aire acondicionado no funciona o no lo activan. Ojalá y pudieran mejorar esos detalles.
Fairly good service. The branch is very small for the volume of people it serves. The waiting time is about forty minutes or more, on fortnight days. In addition to the amount of crowded people, the air conditioning does not work or they do not activate it. I wish they could improve those details.

Pésimo servicio , una hora y 40 minutos esperando a que pasará mi turno y ya no me quise esperar más , de todas maneras atienden a los que ellos quieren NO sirve de nada sacar el turno electrónico ,los ejecutivos atendieron como 7 personas sin el ticket de turno supongo que reciben comisiones por apertura de créditos o préstamos. En las casi dos horas solo cambio dos veces el turno en su pantalla de TV y se fueron como cinco personas que también se cansaron de esperar .

Siempre está lleno de clientes y los empleados se turnan para descansar la mayoría y solo uno o dos atienden, los ejecutivos son super lentos y lo mismo tienen horarios para descanso e ir al sanitario muy amplios, es nefasto todo su servicio, ahora con la pandemia nos tienen afuera por horas y ni se afligen . Tuve que venir por dar de baja una tarjeta que por vía telefónica te bloquean al teclear y su sistema no aceptar los números como válidos, creo que es parte de su sistema para que los clientes que les aburre su mal servicio no los dejen.
