★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio! No respetan los turnos y pasan a escritorio a sus conocidos. Permanecí ahí por 2 horas y solo avanzó dos turnos.. Todo por pasar a gente allegada.
 Terrible service! They do not respect the shifts and pass their acquaintances to the desk. I stayed there for 2 hours and only advanced two shifts .. All to go to close people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ el gerente de ahí (un wey semicalvo) es un estupido... no sabe lo ke hace, es un verdadero pendejo, si kieren ahorrarse tiempo y disgustos no vallan ahi...lastima que por gente como ella se delimite al prestigio del banco, bancomer...¿porque colokas a estupidos como este idiota en puestos importantes como ese...un verdadero asco ese supuesto gerente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para que te atienda un ejecutivo está muy tardado. Solo un escritorio funcionando y aunque solo habia tres personas antes de mi, me tardé 45 min en que me atendieran.
To be served by an executive is very late. Just a working desk and although there were only three people before me, it took me 45 minutes to get treated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, 2 de 3 ejecutivos no atienden como se debe y no resuelven dudas. Se escudan ante todo con el uso del teléfono ya que no saben responder dudas o dirigirte a una caja. La atención es lenta. Tienen actitud amable. Pero si no dan atención es un servicio de poca calidad.
Very bad service, 2 of 3 executives do not attend as they should and do not solve doubts. They hide first of all with the use of the telephone because they do not know how to answer questions or go to a box. The attention is slow. They have a friendly attitude. But if they do not give attention is a service of poor quality.
