En general buen servicio algo lento y aveces los cajeros no funcionan

Soy cliente de este banco, y últimamente a estado en mal servicio, te mandan a sentar y se tarda unos 30 minutos hasta que te den ficha, y te das cuenta que solo tienen 1 ventanilla abierta, y eso que han puesto ya la cuarta ventanilla y todavía solo hay una abierta, fácil te tardas la hora hasta que te atiendan,

Though I am not a customer of this bank I do on occasion use their services. Bancomer is a well to-do customer friendly bank. If you require more higher quality banking customer service from a Mexican bank, and you don't mind the higher fees, and you are in Nuevo Ideal, this is your bank. Upon entering you are greeted by a customer service rep. She will help you with whatever you need. For teller services you are giving a number and you... TADA! SIT and wait (perfect for all the lazy f*&%$ who cannot wait and STAND) until your number is called. This is perfect for a town like Nuevo Ideal where some people do not respect other people's place in line sometimes. Their ATMs are very slick and offer all kinds of services even for cards that are from the US or any other country. You can call also pay utility bills and services with cash using these ATMs (BEWARE: only the last two ATMs to your right are suited for these purposes the other two to your left only accept cards from Bancomer or BBVA). The bank is right next door to the Ayuntamento and Police Department (if you want that added security the Durango state police are two blocks north) and you have the added feeling of security and safety hence I've never heard of any safety issues with this bank or their ATM room. I highly recommend you using this bank even if you are not their customer, you might find something that is well suited to your needs, especially if you are from the US or abroad (since BBVA is in the US).
