Asi que sugiero estar preparado para montar una revolución para ser atendido Y MAL por cualquiera de los "asesores"... Al final y despues de la espera y la revolución, mi trámite no quedó bien hecho. You are not treated yet and with 3 shifts delivered by the door counselor. So I suggest being prepared to mount a revolution to be taken care of AND EVIL by any of the "advisors" ... He tenido que suspender mi visita y consulta al soportar como existe indiferencia al cliente y falta de ética por parte de la mujer en atención. PÉSIMO SERVICIO EN TRES OCASIONES. N	Nome Lose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los empleados ahora en tiempo de covid tienen una pesima actitud. Si ya eran groseros e incompetentes, ahora se les añade su falta de humanidad. Que obvio que debe ser consecuencia del trato que el mismo banco les da a ellos. Despues de 3 horas de estar al sol, al llegar a caja no me resolvieron el problema con el token ni con mi tarjeta. Espero el karma sea justo con este banco. The employees now in covid time have a very bad attitude. If they were already rude and incompetent, now their lack of humanity is added. How obvious that it must be a consequence of the treatment that the same bank gives them. After 3 hours of being in the sun, when I arrived at the till they did not solve my problem with the token or my card. I hope karma is fair with this bench.

Atienden mejor en la sucursal de Tangamanga, Rutilo Torres o plaza el Dorado. I was attended by a young lady at the desk, with a very bad attitude, rude and arrogant; someone should remind them where their salary money comes from. They serve better at the Tangamanga branch, Rutilo Torres or Plaza el Dorado.

El cajero automático se tragó mi dinero, hice el reporte en línea BBVA y en esta misma sucursal, y nunca me regresaron mi dinero. Me dijeron que nadie tenía mi dinero, que llamara a no sé dónde y jamás se hicieron responsables. La gerente de la sucursal de manera muy prepotente me dijo que procediera como yo quisiera, que ahí no iban a hacer nada, y que no tenían registro de mi efectivo. No vayan a esta sucursal, el servicio es deplorable y los cajeros automáticos son un asco. Terrible service, machines never work. The ATM swallowed my money, I made the report online at BBVA and at this same branch, and they never returned my money. They told me that no one had my money, to call I don't know where and they were never held responsible. The branch manager in a very arrogant way told me to proceed as I wanted, that they were not going to do anything there, and that they had no record of my cash. Do not go to this branch, the service is deplorable and the ATMs are disgusting.
L	Luis Fernando Yañez Paniagua on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super mala atención con la ejecutiva, solo te hacen perder el tiempo, fui dos veces para tramitar una tarjeta de debito, y no me aceptaron el comprobante de domicilio por que no tenia QR, cuando en ningún momento se me especifico que debería traerlo, y cuando le comenté de esa situación la ejecutiva respondió "ese no es mi problema"... mejor iré a otra sucursal. Super bad attention with the executive, they only waste your time, I went twice to process a debit card, and they did not accept the proof of address because I did not have a QR, when at no time it was specified that I should bring it, and When I told her about that situation, the executive replied "that's not my problem" ... I'd better go to another branch.
