★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, abrí una cuenta aquí y me la paso yendo a sucursales BBVA para corregir los datos que pusieron mal. No sé si es parte de la cultura de trabajo de BBVA poner mal los datos para que en plena pandemia, tengas que ir varias veces a la sucursal a corregir estos errores.
Terrible service, I opened an account here and I spend it going to BBVA branches to correct the data that they put wrong. I don't know if it is part of BBVA's work culture to misstate the data so that in the midst of a pandemic, you have to go to the branch several times to correct these errors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí una chaquera y al dar los cheques m dicen q no está la firma registrada , volví a ir al banco y me dijeron q ya quedó corregido pero otra vez me vuelven a decir después de una semana que la forma no pasaba porque no está registrada . En síntesis :UN DESASTRE .
Malísimo servicio !
I asked for a jacket and when I gave the checks they said that the signature was not registered, I went back to the bank and they told me that it had already been corrected but again after a week they told me that the form did not pass because it is not registered. In short: A DISASTER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tardan muchísimo en atenderte, ya me pasó varias veces. Y eso que lo intenté en diferentes horarios.
La amabilidad de los trabajadores es buena en general, pero igual me he topado con algunos ejecutivos que no son para nada amables.
Lo bueno es la persona que te atiende en la entrada, y se ofrece a reducir tu tiempo de espera adentro si puede ayudar con los cajeros automáticos.
