★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La apertura de cajas es puntual, los empleados muy amables y la atención sumamente rápida. Incluso, el hecho de contar con bastantes ATM provoca que la gente no se aglomere dentro del banco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se me hace d los mejores bancos ubicados en tepeji del rio, puedes realizar pagos d manera rapida y eficiente en los cajeros sin necesidad d hacer fila en las bentanillas, ayuda al medio ambiente ya q solo imprime tu tikt si tu lo deseas d lo contrario el recibo llega unicamente via mensaje a tu celular. Lo malo no hay baños para clientes y la espera en ventanilla es lenta.
It makes me d the best banks located in tepeji del rio, you can make payments quickly and efficiently at the ATMs without having to queue at the bentillas, it helps the environment since it only prints your tikt if you want it d otherwise the receipt only arrives via message to your cell phone. The bad there are no toilets for customers and the wait at the window is slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudo con frecuencia a sucursales de BBVA, y por mucho esta es la peor en la que he estado. PERSONAL INCOMPETENTE, PÉSIMO SERVICIO AL CLIENTE, y lo vuelvo a decir PERSONAL INCOMPETENTE!!!!
Ojalá que el corporativo de BBVA realmente se asegure que el personal que contrata para "atención a cliente" sean personas con conocimientos en las transacciones bancarias BÁSICAS.
Claro que buscaré la manera de levantar mi queja en BBVA.
I go to BBVA branches frequently, and this is by far the worst I have ever been to. INCOMPETENT STAFF, LOVELY CUSTOMER SERVICE, and I say it again INCOMPETENT STAFF !!!!
Hopefully, the BBVA corporate really makes sure that the staff it hires for "customer service" are people with knowledge of BASIC banking transactions.
Of course, I will find a way to raise my complaint at BBVA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, siempre se quieren enterar en la puerta del movimiento que vas a realizar y hay mucha gente escuchando, me ha pasado varias veces, obviamente si paso a la ventanilla es porque no alcanza el monto que da el cajero.
Terrible, they always want to find out at the door of the movement that you are going to make and there are many people listening, it has happened to me several times, obviously if I go to the window it is because it does not reach the amount that the ATM gives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ZONA DE ALTO RIESGO. No hay nadie que regule a la gente que llega es mucha gente y No tienen los cuidados suficientes de "protocolo Covid-19" entran y salen, no hay distanciamiento y permiten a gente sin cubrebocas.
