★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente siguen igual de lentos se tardan para pasar con un ejecutivo tarde una hora teniendo pase preferencial. Lo extraño es que con otros gerentes no pasaba esto. Mi anterior comentario tenia 9 meses y no han tomado cartas en el asunto...
Unfortunately they are still as slow as it takes to spend an hour with an executive having a preferential pass. The strange thing is that with other managers this did not happen. My previous comment was 9 months and they have not taken action on the matter ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta mucho esta sucursal ya que cuenta con muchos cajeros los cuales funcionan siempre, la atención en ventanilla buena, quizá el único negrito en el arroz es la tardanza con los ejecutivos ya que he llegado en esperar hasta 2 horas, muy limpio.
I really like this branch since it has many ATMs that always work, the attention in a good window, perhaps the only negrito in the rice is the delay with the executives since I have come to wait up to 2 hours, very clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leí todos los comentarios y es alarmante que después de tantas quejas de años atrás y este año, el servicio siga igual de pésimo, y que lo único bueno de esta sucursal sean sus cajeros automáticos, donde de 2 ejecutivos solo trabaje 1, y que de ese uno, no respeten turnos, las personas sin turno puedan ser llamadas antes que los que si lo tienen, y que siendo un banco de "prestigio" su servicio sea pésimo, tanto su personal como sus "sistemas"
Llevo 2 horas y media y contando por una simple actualización de número celular que tarda a lo mucho 10 minutos...
I read all the comments and it is alarming that after so many complaints from years ago and this year, the service continues to be just as bad, and that the only good thing about this branch are its ATMs, where out of 2 executives only 1 works, and that of that one, do not respect shifts, people without a shift can be called before those who do, and that being a "prestigious" bank its service is lousy, both its staff and its "systems"
I have been 2 and a half hours and counting for a simple cell number update that takes at most 10 minutes ...
