★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a abrir una cuenta y me dijeron que no había sistema, tengo que ir muy temprano en la semana porque según esto solo se abren 5 cuentas al día, como es posible que un banco de esta magnitud solo se limite a aperturar 5 cuentas por día? Aún ni siquiera soy cliente y ya me dejaron muy mala experiencia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quise abrir una cuenta en una semana la chica que se sienta al lado de la oficina directora con muy mala actitud me atendia a medias y hacia volver con otros requisitos. Regrese tres veces y esta ultima ves despues de esperar 30 minutos con una actitud de poco servicio simplemente me dice que no puede abrir cuentas por falla en el sistema que le marque mas tarde aver si podia. Gracias a esto llevare mi dinero a otro banco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me tuvieron tres horas esperando y fueron incapaces de resolver mi problema o siquiera darme una alternativa de solución. Increíble la pasividad del gerente de la sucursal y pésima atención, muy mala experiencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio regular, por pandemia es comprensible la demora para acceso al banco, sin embargo deberían habilitar más cajas para que el flujo de personas sea más rápido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te ofrecen mejorar tu credito, a menor plazo y cantidad, pero cuando lo cambias tienes que pagar mas y mas plazo, tengan cuidado de los ejecutivos, aun pendiente de ajuste en credito

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super lento todo el servicio y ademas te dejan esperando como media hora si no tienes cuenta con ellas, tenía prisa pasaron como seis persona antes que yo solo porque ellas si tenían cuenta en el banco, super mal. El trato de los empleados es normal y amable pero realmente si no tienes tiempo se tardan un buen.
Super slow all the service and also they leave you waiting for about half an hour if you do not have an account with them, I was in a hurry about six people passed before me just because they did have an account in the bank, super bad. The treatment of the employees is normal and friendly but really if you don't have time they take a long time.
