★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trato del personal es malo, no tienen una organizacon a la hora de atender y mas en estos momentos con el tema de la pandemia ( ayer fui a reactivar mis alertas bancomer, tuve que esperar en sucursal mas de 1hr y media, sin ser atentido, el gerente solo dedica a ir a la puerta principal y pasar a la gente que necesita hablar con un ejecutivo y no atiende a los que esperan, los ejecutivos solamente estan paseando y platicando entre ellos, tampoco tienen la amabilidad de preguntar si ya eres atendido). Por lo cual me tuve que salir de sucursal y dirigirme a la de Division del Norte (recomendada), resolvieron mi asunto en menos de 20 minutos. En mi opinion es una pesima sucursal para ser atendido por un ejecutivo, el resultado sin duda alguna, es la perdida de tiempo. (Aun conservo la ficha que establece el tiempo de espera seria de 6 minutos).
