★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde la persona que te recibe ni idea de con quién debe de dirigirte, la ejecutivo hablando por teléfono celular, cuando se supone por protección de datos están prohibidos ahora entiendo porque saliendo del banco te asaltan, nefasta su atención al cliente
From the person who receives you with no idea who you should be talking to, the executive talking on the cell phone, when it is supposed for data protection they are prohibited now I understand why when leaving the bank they assault you, their customer service is disastrous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peor servicio que da este banco cuando no están cerrados los cajeros están sin servicio o sin dinero, este banco lleva meses fallando en este tema, lástima que es el más cercano, pero la culpa la tengo yo por seguir asistiendo aquí.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Después de estar media hora formada para acceder al banco, porque estaba la recepcionista, tomando fotos a algunos que iban a ingresar ? (Eso debería hacerlo alguien más para agilizar) No me dejaron acceder y me dijeron que tenía que hacer el movimiento desde el cajero automático. Que había alguien allí para ayudar y pues el chico que según me iba ayudar, estaba bien agusto socializando con una chica y pues aparte de que tuve que formarme de nuevo, porque nadie se molesto en decirme que no me iban a permitir entrar al banco hasta después de esperar y llegar con la de recepción. Tuve que hacer el movimiento prácticamente sola porque, el que según me iba a ayudar, nomás no tenía ganas de atenderme. Ninguno saludo por cierto, tuve que saludar yo ?
