Para colmó ni me hicieron el trámite correctamente, un dia después tuve que ir a BBVA del zapata, y es muy marcada la diferencia en la atención al cliente, la calidad del trató, no tiene comparación. EXCELENTE SERVICIO BBVA SUCURSAL ZAPATA, GRACIAS POR LA ATENCIÓN
Terrible service, it has been my worst experience at BBVA ABASTOS, the employees talking as if there were no customers to serve, in addition to a terrible attitude. To top it off, they didn't even do the process correctly, a day later I had to go to BBVA del Zapata, and the difference in customer service is very marked, the quality of the treatment is unmatched. EXCELLENT SERVICE BBVA ZAPATA BRANCH, THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION
