★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenas tardes, alguien me puede decir cómo se "Saca cita con los ejecutivos" ya que al ingresar me dieron el turno F057 y no mueven el tablero entran personas antes que yo sin turno obviamente. Al preguntarle a los chicos que me entregaron el turno me come tan que hay personas que sacan citas por eso pasan directo con los ejecutivos.

Meteré queja a la #CONDUSEF

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención y no hay tanta gente como en otras sucursales de la zona. Si sólo se pasa a cajas es bastante ágil el servicio, a cajero o practicaja también es rápido, si es con ejecutivo el tiempo de espera es mayor pero no tanto como em zona de bancos o San Miguel.
Good service and there are not as many people as in other branches in the area. If you only go to boxes is very agile service, cashier or practice is also fast, if it is with executive wait time is greater but not as much as in the area of banks or San Miguel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia, lamentablemente el personal que se encuentra otorgando los turnos y acceso al banco está muy mal preparada y no se encuentra actualizada respecto a su trabajo, ya que me hicieron por su falta de información y conocimiento dar 3 vueltas a dicha institución bancaria.
Levantaré una queja vía telefónica y por escrito directamente al banco, ya que no pueden estar tratando así a sus clientes y tarjetahabientes, y lo peor del caso es que aunque acudí las tres ocasiones a esta sucursal ni siquiera pude realizar el trámite por el que estuve preguntando y acudiendo a la sucursal, estoy pensando cambiar de banco.
Terrible experience, unfortunately the staff that is granting the shifts and access to the bank is very poorly prepared and is not updated regarding their work, since they made me give 3 laps to said banking institution due to their lack of information and knowledge.
I will file a complaint by phone and in writing directly to the bank, since they cannot be treating their clients and cardholders that way, and the worst of the case is that although I went to this branch all three times, I could not even carry out the procedure I was through asking and going to the branch, I am thinking of changing banks.
