★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los cajeros para pagos de servicios no funcionan, ni los tableros, niel touch de pantalla, ni tampoco en escaner, no permiten registrar de forma ágil y fácil pagos de impuestos de CDMX, el personal que apoyo se desesperan y terminan dando acceso a la sucursal en donde en menos tiempo con el escaner pueden hacerlo. Por favor su comprensión hacen perder tiempo y dan un mal servicios con sus equipos obsoletos de pago de servicios.
The ATMs for payment of services do not work, neither the boards, the touch screen, nor the scanner, they do not allow to register CDMX tax payments in an agile and easy way, the staff that I support despair and end up giving access to the branch where in less time with the scanner they can do it. Please your understanding waste time and give a bad service with your obsolete payment service equipment.

Tuve que ir sólo a usar el cajero, me sorprendió la cantidad de personas que había en esa área sin conservar sana distancia. Estábamos varias personas afuera de la sucursal esperando pasar, había individuos que entraban a la sucursal sin hacer fila y los trabajadores del lugar no ponían orden. A pesar de solicitar la atención ante la situación, no hubo nadie que me atendiera. Es un verdadero foco de infección el área! Eviten usar esa sucursal por salud

I had to just go to use the ATM, I was surprised by the number of people in that area without keeping a healthy distance. We were several people outside the branch waiting to pass, there were individuals who entered the branch without queuing and the workers there did not put order. Despite requesting attention to the situation, there was no one to assist me. The area is a real source of infection! Avoid using that branch for health

No he tenido problemas ni en caja ni con los ejecutivos.
Son ágiles ya que normalmente no esta saturado, cuidan los tiempos y no te hacen esperar.

I have had no problems either at the cash desk or with the executives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dando una estrella porque no se puede dar menos. Nunca en mi vida he tenido que trabajar con una institucion tan inutil, incompetente y sin la menor idea de lo que es el servicio a clientes.
Hasta me hicieron un cargo de 2,000,000 mxn (!) - que no tenia - un viernes por la noche, sin aviso ni explicaciones. El fin de semana me sacaron de dos sucursales con guardias armados porque estaba tratando de tener una respuesta sobre la razon de este cargo, y no me la querian dar. Pase el fin de semana entero sin acceso a mi dinero (estaba muy en negativo en mi cuenta), para finalmente lograr entender el lunes en sucursal que hicieron este cargo porque tenian que "verificar mis datos de pasaporte". No disculpas ni compensacion. Nunca he visto esto en mi vida.
Me cambio a bancos en linea de inmediato - no se como una institucion tan catastrofica sigue en pie.
Giving a star because you can't give less. Never in my life have I had to work with an institution so useless, incompetent and without the slightest idea of what customer service is.
They even charged me 2,000,000 mxn (!) - which I did not have - on a Friday night, without notice or explanations. At the weekend they took me out of two branches with armed guards because I was trying to get an answer about the reason for this charge, and they didn't want to give it to me. I spent the whole weekend without access to my money (it was very negative in my account), to finally understand on Monday at the branch that they made this charge because they had to "verify my passport information". No apologies or compensation. I've never seen this in my life.
I switch to online banking right away - I don't know how such a catastrophic institution still stands.
