Pésimo servicio. También me parece excelente que tengan a alguien en la entrada para mandarnos con el ejecutivo o en ventanilla, no como en otros bancos que uno tiene que estar preguntando a cualquiera con quién acudir y nadie te dice bien. 5 estrellas para BBVA :) Very good service, they resolved the matter, there are several executives and windows. I also think it's great that they have someone at the entrance to send us to the executive or at the window, not like in other banks that one has to be asking anyone to go and nobody says it right. 5 stars for BBVA :)
