F	Fabián on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le doy 5 estrellas y estas solo abarcan el aspecto de los cajeros automáticos, ya que veo que es regular que todos sirvan y eso es mucho decir ya que otros establecimientos de 5 solo sirven 3; de los demás puntos sobre el banco no estoy muy seguro a sí que en lo individual 5 estrellas para los cajeros. d	delicias Lala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experiencia, totalmente incompetentes e ineptos... super lentos no tienen ni idea de los procesos mal informan al cliente en todo y literalmente me siento robada por que ayer me hicieron pagar $400 para dar de baja una cuenta y hoy me indican q al pasar 4 meses de inactividad la cuenta se cancela automaticamente, es decir q NO TENIA QUE PAGAR!! la asesora q me atendio es jessica... terrible servicio... pir estas malas experiencias es q en Mexico los bancos son de los peores servicios q otorgan... ademas de la intransigencia absoluta... NADA RECOMENDABLE.. Terrible experience, totally incompetent and inept ... super slow have no idea of the processes badly inform the client at all and I literally feel stolen because yesterday they made me pay $ 400 to cancel an account and today they tell me what happens 4 months of inactivity the account is automatically canceled, that is, I DID NOT HAVE TO PAY !! the advisor that attended me is Jessica ... terrible service ... pir these bad experiences is that in Mexico the banks are the worst services they provide ... besides absolute intransigence ... Les recomiendo, jamás pasar con ese pelele, por problemas de sistema no se reconocían mis datos de identidad para obtener un nuevo plástico, así que este hombre la reportó como robada y cuando regresé al cajero a retirar, el ATM me la retuvo. Y no puedo dar más estrellas, porque el demás personal debe ser resolutivo, deben servir de algo. A	Alberto Escoto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supuestamente el servicio de cajero automático es 24 hrs. en esta sucursal pero continuamente está cerrada y es nefasto que lo hagan ya que no permiten hacer uso de los servicios. - ACTUALIZACION Septiembre 2021: De nada sirve quejarse porque no hacen nada, ha pasado un año desde que levanté mi queja y la situación es igual o peor. Definitivamente estoy considerando cambiar de banco pues con BBVA no puedo disponer de mi dinero en efectivo en sus cajeros porque no son 24 hrs., al menos en la zona de Viaducto Piedad pues incluso la sucursal 2081 que se encuentra sobre Tlalpan también la cierran en su totalidad. LOS CAJEROS DE BBVA NO SON 24 HRS. Supposedly the ATM service is 24 hrs. in this branch but it is continuously closed and it is disastrous that they do so since they do not allow to use the services. - UPDATE September 2021: It is useless to complain because they do nothing, a year has passed since I raised my complaint and the situation is the same or worse. I am definitely considering changing banks because with BBVA I cannot have my cash at their ATMs because it is not 24 hours, at least in the Viaducto Piedad area because even the 2081 branch that is located on Tlalpan is also closed in their whole. BBVA ATMS ARE NOT 24 HRS.
