★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el tiempo para atención, mi esposa ha ido 2 o 3 veces solo a pasar con un ejecutivo para activar la banca móvil y es una eternidad para que puedan atender. Y al final se tiene que quitar por que está embarazada y no puede esperar mucho tiempo.
Lousy time for attention, my wife has gone 2 or 3 times just to spend with an executive to activate mobile banking and it is an eternity for them to attend. And in the end it has to be removed because you are pregnant and cannot wait long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El único problema que tuve fue que algunos cajeros están dañados, pongan carteles que digan fuera de servicio o algo así porque la gente se puede confundir, también siempre que paso veo a mucha gente afuera, lo más probable sea por las medidas sanitarias pero si estaría mejor que el personal sea un poco más rápido
The only problem I had was that some ATMs are damaged, they put signs that say out of service or something like that because people can get confused, also whenever I pass I see a lot of people outside, most likely due to sanitary measures but it would be the staff better be a little quicker
