★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuve en esta sucursal. Es una sucursal pequeña dado a que esta dentro del supermercado, pero el personal es muy atento y eficiente. La recomiendo ampliamente.
 I was at this branch. It is a small branch since it is inside the supermarket, but the staff is very attentive and efficient. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad la sucursal es pequeña y muchas veces es insuficiente para atender a todos los clientes.
Por otro lado el número de cajeros automáticos así como de la practicaja Me parece muy adecuado y siempre está disponible.
The truth is that the branch is small and often is insufficient to serve all clients.
On the other hand, the number of ATMs as well as the practicality seems very adequate and is always available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio bancario como tal es bueno, pero el personal en general es nefasto, no tienen preparación son personas de baja educación dispuestos a mostrar lo peor de si con los clientes. Particularmente con la experiencia que tuvimos mi familia y yo definitivamente no lo recomiendo, la calidad de los "asesores" deja mucho que desear en especial de el sr. JULIO CESAR NÚÑEZ que es una persona con baja calidad moral y no se limita a demostrar su poca educación!
The banking service as such is good, but the staff in general is disastrous, they have no preparation are people of low education willing to show the worst of themselves with customers. Particularly with the experience that my family had and I definitely do not recommend it, the quality of the "advisors" leaves much to be desired especially from Mr. JULIO CESAR NÚÑEZ that is a person with low moral quality and is not limited to demonstrate his little education!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En esta sucursal son groseros y prepotentes, si no te ven con dinero son despectivos y no resuelven problemas. La ventaja son los cajeros automáticos. Aquí no pudieron (o mejor dicho no quisieron) resolver un problema y tuve que ir a la sucursal de patriotismo (entre eje 5 y 6) donde el servicio es mejor. No es la primera vez que son groseros.
In this branch they are rude and arrogant, if they do not see you with money they are derogatory and do not solve problems. The advantage is ATMs. Here they could not (or rather did not want to) solve a problem and I had to go to the patriotism branch (between axis 5 and 6) where the service is better. It is not the first time they are rude.

Que falta de profesionalismo por parte de BBVA.

Their ATMs do not work and nobody notifies you, they told me that they would solve my problem with a deposit in 15 minutes and nothing. Very rude all poor service
