Con los ejecutivos no me quejo una vez me quede afuera por que traía a mi bebé y no lo queria meter por el aire acondicionado pero lo apagaron para que pudiera pasar.. muy bien por eso.. Los cajeros son rápidos y siempre los eh visto en servicio Las prácticajas muy cómodas ya que eh tenido que hacer depósitos de noche o en fin de semana y sin problema. Lo único malo es que si la cantidad tiene centavos si tienes que dirigirte a ventanilla pero nuevo por lo demás está bien I liked his treatment. L	Lulu AC (o) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy fui a realizar un pago de servicio a la pacticaja y se quedo con mi dinero y no hizo el deposito correspondiente , llame a la linea de BBVA y no me dieron solución mencionaron que se iría a investigación, solo dijeron que dentro de 15 a 20 días podría obtener información llamando de nuevo... Para nada les recomiendo esta sucursal, aparte al entrar las señoritas en vez de estar atendiendo estaban con otros sujetos que les estaban dando chocolates. Que onda con esta sucursal? Roberto Serdio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para entregar una simple tarjeta por reposición de nómina y una tarjeta de crédito por reposición, me negaron entregarmela, discuten que a fuerza requieren mi INE, siendo que mostré mi pasaporte, mi licencia, mi matricula consular y mi credencial de elector vencida, la "cajera" alega que no confía y los ejecutivos tienen que interceder siendo que por ley deben aceptar esas identificaciones, al final no me entregaron nada y estoy en proceso con la CONDUSEF para que me den mis productos que por derecho me pertenecen, realmente los cajeros quieren dinero para entregar los productos pero no hay que participar en esa corrupción, ya se lo hicieron a mi esposa, pidiendo una suma monetaria a cambio de según ellos omitir un documento necesario en cajas. Acudan a otro banco, ya está muy viciado y corrompido aquí. Ya estando adentro mi pareja, le piden sobornos para agilizar los trámites e inventan que por eso no dan más línea de crédito hipotecaria. La corrupción está desde la gerencia hacia las cajas. Huyaaaan de este pseudo banco, por seguridad huyan, cancelen productos de cuentas de nómina y debito ya que las bases de sus datos la comparten con grupos criminales para extorsión. Tienen cerca a Banamex, Santander, Scotiabank, Banorte, Banco Azteca y un gran etcétera para que muden a esos sus cuentas y por fin corran a estos del país. Ladrones.
