Very bad service, their ATMs are slow, they make mistakes in payments and offer no solution. They just give you an apology. Useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Según los horarios abren a las 8:30 hrs, lo cual no es cierto, llevo aquí desde esa hora, solo escucho a los ejecutivos en el área de cajas, abrieron hasta las 10:00 hrs, se hizo una fila esperando a que abrieran y las personas mejor se hartaron y se fueron, honestamente el servicio fue muy amable y eficiente, siempre he estado con BBVA y por lo general tengo buena impresión sobre el servicio pero si van a cambiar sus horarios avisen, incluso en la app de BBVA dice que abren a las 08:30
According to the hours they open at 8:30 a.m., which is not true, I have been here since that time, I only hear the executives in the checkout area, they opened until 10:00 a.m., there was a line waiting for them to open and the better people got fed up and left, honestly the service was very friendly and efficient, I have always been with BBVA and I generally have a good impression about the service but if they are going to change their schedules let them know, even in the BBVA app it says that open at 08:30
