★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal de la entrada muy bien capacitado bueno en especifico a una señorita que se ve que conoce muy bien su trababo por lo cual me atendio super bien y me brindo la atención que me negaron en la sucursal de Paseo Cancun por que el tipo no esta actualizado con los servicioa que incorpora cada dia Bancomer , no me queda mas que felicitar a esta sucursal Bancomer y en especial a la señorita por darle solución a mi petición.
The entrance staff very well trained, good in specific to a young lady who looks like she knows her job very well, so she took care of me super well and gave me the attention that they denied me at the Paseo Cancun branch because the guy is not here. updated with the services that Bancomer incorporates every day, I can only congratulate this Bancomer branch and especially the lady for solving my request.

Mientras la gente hace fila y espera nunca faltan los vivales que hacen la cita justo cuando llegan y se brinca a todos los que están esperando. Hoy había varias personas MUY molestas al respecto. Porque los hacen esperar más de 1 hr porque dejan entrar a loos de las citas sin respetar a nadie. Muy mal por esa organización
They must fix the problem that is causing them to date online. While people are queuing and waiting, there is never a lack of bivouacs who make the appointment just when they arrive and skip everyone who is waiting. Today there were several VERY upset people about it. Because they make them wait more than 1 hour because they let people in on dates without respecting anyone. Too bad for that organization

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención del "Director". Prácticamente me está corriendo de la sucursal ya que no quiere aceptar una licencia de la CDMX pese a traer pasaporte y documentos completos. Levanté reporte por Twitter y me dicen que debería aceptarlos pero me levanto la voz, luego se puso agresivo cuando le solicite se pusiera la mascarilla correctamente.
Terrible attention from the "Director". He is practically running me from the branch since he does not want to accept a CDMX license despite bringing a passport and complete documents. I raised a report on Twitter and they told me that I should accept them but I raised my voice, then became aggressive when I asked him to put the mask on correctly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio deficiente, los trámites como incrementos de límite de deposito son condicionados con la contratación de seguros, argumentando que el sistema no permite el cambio sin el contrato del seguro con el asesor. Es arbitraria su actitud y se niegan rotundamente a realizar lo solicitado.
Poor service, procedures such as deposit limit increases are conditioned with the contracting of insurance, arguing that the system does not allow the change without the insurance contract with the advisor. Their attitude is arbitrary and they flatly refuse to do what was requested.
