Que asco de sucursal, si vienes por un préstamo o tarjeta te pasan primero es más ni turno ocupas. Si vas porque tienes un problema te la hacen cansada para que te vallas.
Here what they do is try not to attend to your problems, the truth is terrible attention.
What a disgusting branch, if you come for a loan or card they pass you first, it's more than your turn. If you go because you have a problem, they make you tired so that you leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me dieron una cuenta de nomina y la aplicacion me decia que fuera a sucursal a subir mis documentos, llegue y la Gerente le dijo al de la entrada que no, que lo hiciera por la aplicacion. La aplicacion detectaba señal debil de internet y no permitia hacerlo y ella se nego a subir mis documentos como ine y comprobante de domicilio.
Pesimo profesionalismo por parte de Gerencia
They gave me a payroll account and the application told me to go to the branch to upload my documents, I arrived and the Manager told the person at the entrance that no, to do it through the application. The application detected a weak internet signal and did not allow it to be done and she refused to upload my documents such as INE and proof of address.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good place to visit for expats or foreign national to open accounts. They will find some or the other reasons to not let you open account in short duration. Please value the customers well, only advise for now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They find some reason to avoid opening a bank accounts for Expats. Poor customer experience. Reasons are very bad like system slow, come before noon or come before 3 o clok.
A bank should have proper process in place and should know to value the customer.
It's a disappointment totally
