H	HUMBERTO TORRES on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que pésimo servicio es la segunda vez que vengo a cobrar una incapacidad y siempre me toca la caja dos tal parece que tienen la consigna de no pagar es la segunda vez que me me pasa con la misma cajera deberían de tener mas información ya que siempre sale con lo mismo que no se han liberado recursos y te enseña un formulario viejo ,la verdad que PESIMO SERVICIO. o	oscar solis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo!! no tienen la capacidad de atención ni el personal para el volumen de gente que va a esta sucursal, siempre tienes que esperar un buen rato. Ya mínimo ofrezcan algo de tomar por el tiempo que te hacen esperar. Appalling!! They do not have the attention span or the staff for the volume of people that go to this branch, you always have to wait a long time. At least they offer something to drink for the time they make you wait.

De verdad si van a poner este tipo de sistemas, repetenlos y sean coherentes, que fuera de ayudarles los perjudica. They just won it, I've been waiting almost 1 hour, the card they gave me says "approximate waiting time: 2 minutes". Really if they are going to put this type of systems, repeat them and be consistent, that out of helping them harms them.

El personal se va de a sucursal e ignora a los clientes. ¡Es de los peores bancos con el peor servicio qué hay! Terrible service. They have people waiting for more than 1 hour and they do not solve any problem. Staff go from branch to branch and ignore customers. It is one of the worst banks with the worst service there is!
