★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dicen q están abiertos desde las 9am mentira!!! Atienden hasta las 10 AM y al personal le vale q haya tanta gente esperando. Ok me piden más detalle en caso a mi experiencia estube más de dos horas esperando el servicio y eso q no fui de las últimas personas ya q eran muchas, me dijeron por teléfono atención a clientes q el servicio en la sucursal era a las 9., Por lo q fui a las 9 para llegar rápido" según yo"; pero oh sorpresa los ejecutivos de la sucursal estaban ahí sentados dentro pero la sucursal no abría hasta las 10 AM; y efectivamente abrieron hasta las 10!!, Luego q abrieron al público "según ellos" atendieron por lo q fuimos pasando poco a poco, pero a cierta hora empezaron a llegar algunos conocidos de los ejecutivos como al rededor de las 10:30 más o menos, y los empezaron a pasar primero sin formarse ni esperar pero eso si a todos los demás nos hicieron esperar más, esto se le hizo del conocimiento del gerente y no hizo nada alegando q ellos tenían citas especiales q habían echo en plataforma;yo pregunté antes de ir a las sucursal y por teléfono me comentaron q no hacían citas; bueno ya se imaginarán mi sorpresa así que para ya no extenderme tanto salí hasta las 11:30 aproximadamente y vuelvo a repetir no era de las últimas ya q era más o menos la 9na o 10ma clienta formada en fila.

Ok they ask me for more detail in case of my experience I was more than two hours waiting for the service and that was not one of the last people since there were many, they told me by phone customer service that the service at the branch was at 9. , So I went at 9 to get there fast "according to me"; but oh surprise the executives of the branch were sitting there inside but the branch did not open until 10 AM; And indeed they opened until 10 o'clock !!, Then they opened to the public "according to them" they attended to what we were going through little by little, but at a certain time some acquaintances of the executives began to arrive around 10:30 more or less, and they began to pass them first without training or waiting but that if they made everyone else wait longer, this was made known to the manager and he did nothing claiming that they had special appointments that they had made on the platform; I asked Before going to the branch and by phone they told me that they did not make appointments; Well, you can imagine my surprise, so in order not to extend myself so much I left until approximately 11:30 and I repeat it was not the last since it was more or less the 9th or 10th client lined up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad es que el servicio va muy lento, era más rápido antes de la pandemia, me forme a las 12:30 y a las 3:30 p.m. no había pasado aún, el cierre es a las 4:00p.m. no comprendo porque el servicio se hace tan lento, tomen sus precauciones y salgan a tiempo o busquen otras opciones, ya que nada más hay una caja abierta.
Esperemos mejoren el servicio ya que si es frustrante para los que llegan desde las 10a.m. y que no sean atendidos.
The truth is that the service is very slow, it was faster before the pandemic, I got in line at 12:30 and 3:30 p.m. it hadn't happened yet, closing is at 4:00 p.m. I do not understand why the service is so slow, take your precautions and leave on time or look for other options, since there is only an open box.

Parece mercado, está sucia, una ejecutiva que no sabe hacer su trabajo y las peores condiciones que puede dar un banco. Huyan como de la peste o, mejor aún, cambien de banco

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta sucursal y su director Luis Avila no tienen capacitación en procesos simples para desbloqueo de restricciones en tarjeta.
No recomiendo aperturar en esta sucursal cuentas PyME ya que el mismo director fue quien aperturo mi cuenta y al colocar mal los datos se bloqueo mi cuenta evitando q ir mis clientes pudieran depositarme.
This branch and its director Luis Avila do not have training in simple processes to unblock card restrictions.
I do not recommend opening SME accounts in this branch since the same director was the one who opened my account and by misplacing the data, my account was blocked, preventing my clients from going to deposit me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first 1 star ever. After a long wait of more than 1 hour the assistant was unfriendly, she would not make eye contact with me and she did not allow me to explain what I wanted. When she asked me for information she wouldn’t even listen as I gave it. I gave her 3 digits of a phone number and paused to see if she was listening and then she said thank you! For what? 3 digits of a phone number? I have been a customer for more than 5 yrs, I have good credit with the bank and they can’t even help me with something simple regarding the products I have with them. Their interest rates are extortionate. Looking for another bank ASAP
