Las practicajas no dan cifras excatas eso retraso mi deposito por los centavos. I could not make my deposit since the entry officer did not allow me to make my deposit in boxes. Practices do not give exact figures that delayed my deposit for pennies.

R	Rivas Iván on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace unos meses quise retirar una cantidad fuerte en efectivo y la cajera me ponia muchos peros y me retuvieron en la sucursal por mas de 30 minutos a pesar de que no había gente, tiempo suficiente para levantar sospechas, al final me dieron mi dinero y tuve que salir de forma demasiado apresurada por dicho evento. A few months ago I wanted to withdraw a large amount in cash and the cashier gave me many buts and they kept me at the branch for more than 30 minutes even though there were no people, enough time to raise suspicions, in the end they gave me my money and I had than leaving too hastily for such an event.

En varias ocasiones me han hecho perder bastante tiempo por su desinformación. En cuanto a la atención por ejecutivos el tiempo de espera es demasiado. No hay el personal suficiente (2 horas o más). Mala experiencia. The people at the entrance are not clear about the bank's procedures. On several occasions they have made me waste a lot of time because of their misinformation. As for the attention by executives the waiting time is too much. Not enough staff (2 hours or more). Bad experience.

Pero me sorprende que se aferren en ni siquiera dejar entrar a la sucursal a preguntar a alguien más . Pésimo servicio I have gone twice and they return to me because according to them they cannot open an account, they tell me that it has to be because of the cell phone in the App. The App account does not work for me because of the deposits that they will make me every month. But I am surprised that they hold on to not even letting the branch in to ask someone else. Terrible service
