Primero están pasando a sus conocidos y luego se ponen a platicar entre ellos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de atención en cajas muuuuuuuy lento.. mas de 1 hr para hacer un pago en caja Si no eres cliente de este banco mejor no entres. Lastima.
Lousy customer service in boxes sooo slow .. more than 1 hr to make a payment at the cashier Pity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es una sucursal recomendable, es muy muy lenta, incluso si eres cliente otras personas pasan antes por los errores de los hostess que te dan mal el turno, en horas pico he visto solo dos cajas abiertas, en promedio la visita para hacer un pago en ventanilla es de 50 minutos y si quieres pasar con un ejecutivo es de más de una hora.
It is not a recommended branch, it is very very slow, even if you are a customer other people go through the errors of the hostess that give you the wrong turn, in peak hours I have seen only two open boxes, on average the visit to make a payment The window is 50 minutes and if you want to spend with an executive it is more than an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal es amable pero lento, poco eficaz por tal motivo las esperas son muy largas y tediosas. Se entiende que mucha gente acude a esta sucursal pero deberían capacitar a su personal para hacerlo mas eficaz .
The staff is friendly but slow, inefficient for that reason the waitings are very long and tedious. It is understood that many people go to this branch but they should train their staff to make it more effective.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo al menos a mi me atendieron de mala gana llegué 3:30 se me acercaron a preguntar qué operación realizar y me dijeron que por motivos de la pandemia no me podían atender hasta las 4 y les dije ok perfecto falta media hora y me hicieron esperar salieron 4 más y me negaron el servicio me espere para ver cuántas más personas salían salieron 2 más y después salieron los empleados al menos para mí y en mi trabajo por muy temprano que quiera salir me apuro y atiendo al último cliente
Terrible at least I was reluctantly attended to. I arrived at 3:30. They approached me to ask what operation to perform and they told me that due to the pandemic they could not attend me until 4 and I told them ok, it was half an hour and they made me wait. 4 more came out and they denied me the service, wait to see how many more people left 2 more and then the employees left at least for me and at my job, no matter how early I want to leave I hurry up and attend to the last client

Tienen un buen número de cajeros para poder realizar los depósitos y pagos asesorados por los ejecutivos de manera ágil

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tardan el doble del tiempo de espera que dice tu turno debido a que primero atienden a sus amigos y no respetan los turnos, siempre es lo mismo por ejemplo esta señora llegó y por conocer al ejecutivo se saltó a todas las personas que ya llevaban horas esperando.
They take twice the waiting time that your shift says because they first serve their friends and do not respect shifts, it is always the same for example this lady arrived and because she met the executive she skipped all the people who had already been there for hours expecting.
