Mas ganitas gerencia todos merecemos respeto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy Mal, un asesor no me quiso abrir mi cuenta porque llevaba un comprobante de domicilio de totalplay y se puso pesado y no me dio solución, despues fui a la sucursal de melchor ocampo y me la abrieron sin ningun problema, capaciten mejor a su personal. Muy mala experiencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a recoger mi plástico por robo, de 4 personas que me atendieron no se hacían uno solo. En sábado, tarde casi dos horas, ¡DOS HORAS!, para recuperar mi tarjeta. Entiendo la incompetencia que puedan llegar a tener, pero a eso súmales la mala actitud de tres de ellos...fue una experiencia realmente nefasta para mí.
I went to collect my plastic for theft, 4 people who attended me did not make a single one. On Saturday, it took almost two hours, TWO HOURS !, to retrieve my card. I understand the incompetence they may have, but add to that the bad attitude of three of them ... it was a really disastrous experience for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una vergüenza el "servicio" que brindan los ejecutivos de éste banco a sus clientes.
El pasado 8 de mayo acudimos mi esposa y yo para pedir informes y abrir una cuenta de ahorro, o sea, para entregarles nuestro dinero, pero la actitud descortés y punto menos que majadera de su empleada nos deja un amargo sabor de boca, además de que sus planes son leoninos y abusivos.
Yo no sé qué se creen estos tipos, pero si no les gusta hacer su trabajo, que se larguen a desahogar sus frustraciones. Se le olvida que de sus clientes comen todos.
