★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy lento, solo acudí una ocasión porque en serio la fila era enorme y no avanzaba. Es más esa ves nisiquera me quedé. Por alguna razón es demasiado lenta la atención. Yo creí que era oficina gubernamental de lo largo que se veía.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio en esta sucursal es de lo peor, 2 horas formadas y solo pasaron 1 persona para atención al ejecutivo y las señoritas que atienden no tienen el conocimiento suficiente, es mejor ir a otra sucursal que perder el tiempo.
The service in this branch is the worst, 2 hours trained and only 1 person spent for attention to the executive and the ladies who attend do not have enough knowledge, it is better to go to another branch than to waste time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es posible que estén en junta y la gente esperando , solamente hay un solo cajero en ventanilla llevo más de 40 minutos en la fila , delante de mi faltan 25 personas en pasar. Deberían de considerar hay gente que viene solo a lo necesario. Señores de edad avanzada en fila esperando. Muy mala organización por parte del personal. La gente se amontona somo mínimo como 40 personas esperando.
It is not possible that they are in a meeting and people are waiting, there is only one cashier at the window. I have been in line for more than 40 minutes, in front of me there are 25 people to pass. They should consider there are people who come only to what is necessary. Elderly gentlemen lined up waiting. Very poor organization by the staff. People crowd at least 40 people waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sucursal muy concurrida y en este tiempo de pandemia se hace aún más el tránsito humano para utilizar los cajeros automáticos, hay que tratar de ir a horas no tan comunes.
Unos cinco cajeros y de esos la mayoría para hacer retiros, debería de haber otros para pagos.
Very crowded branch and in this time of pandemic there is even more human transit to use ATMs, you have to try to go at not so common hours.
About five ATMs and of those the majority to make withdrawals, there should be others for payments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan demasiado en atender entre semana, supuestamente el horario también lo tienen los sábados solo va uno en balde y les hacen dar muchas vueltas si pueden cambien de banco para que no pierdan su tiempo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor sucursal, se encuentra en Temixco ni de BBVA, de cualquier banco y localidad. Más de dos horas para ser atendido y solo había 10 personas delante de mí. Increíble y lo peor, a sus empleados les vale gorro, no tienen la menor intención de mejorar la atención

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deplorable servicio, esperar más de una hora sin poder pasar a la ventanilla, la señorita que están en la puerta solo se queda viento a la gente que no trae cúbrelo cubrebocas sin poner orden y mucho menos sin sana distancia.
Varias personas nos retiramos sin poder hacer los tramites correspondientes
