Desconozco como es la atención en ventanilla/sucursal.
Ideal si vas al centro de la ciudad.
 We were quick to withdraw cash. There were no queues even though it was Sunday.
I don't know what the window/branch service is like.
Ideal if you go to the city center.

They have a special office where one goes, where a gentleman named DAVID resides. He speaks ENGLISH & is most accommodating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an atm in centro deny a withdrawl stating no funds available, however BBVA charged my card as if I had received the funds. No good way to contact to resolve. Go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their ATM installed at the supermarket La Comer in San Miguel swallowed my foreign ATM card. Everything went well (code etc...), until the "Processing" showed up. It stayed on screen for 5 minutes. Then apparently the ATM crashed and was not usable. On the phone they pretended not to hear me. I went to the central location BBVA where they claimed that the card had been destroyed by the ATM machine. WTF! I used the card 4 times before with other banks (mostly Banamex) to withdraw money with no problem. They offered absolutely no solution. Luckily I have another card but it is going to be a lot of hassle to fix this and transfer funds between accounts.
