★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una fila enorme y una empleada del vancobse dedica a preguntar que tramite vas a realizar y es muy facil decir regrese mañana ..es de 10 a 1pm y mejor ya nise forme ..deberian contratar mas empleados que tengan ganas de trabajar y asisitir a las personas por que de 3 practicas solo una funcionaba correctamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pandemia es el pretexto perfecto para estar de huevones, si ponen en su horario (el cual por cierto fue actualizado hace una semana) que abren a las 8:30 tengan tantita madre y abran a esa hora, y si no pues cambien su horario a las 10 a.m.!!! Así las personas que hacemos temprano las cosas no acudimos a su sucursal y listo!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, estuve esperando más de media hora y para que no me atendieran porque era un pago de servicio lo cual no lo hacen en ventanilla y ahora esperar otra media hora para hacer el pago en practicaja ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es increíble que una sucursal de banco con esta marca tenga tantas deficiencias en todos sus aspectos. Desde las irregularidades y nepotismo de las personas del estacionamiento, el mal funcionamiento de los cajeros, la ineptitud de sus integrantes y la poca ayuda de los servicios es sin duda alguna la peor sucursal del rumbo. Mejor hagan el esfuerzo de ir hasta cuautitlan o Coacalco porque aquí solo recibirán pésimo servicio. Es de sobra decir que no lo recomiendo.
It is incredible that a bank branch with this brand has so many deficiencies in all its aspects. From the irregularities and nepotism of the people in the parking lot, the bad functioning of the cashiers, the ineptitude of its members and the little help from the services is undoubtedly the worst branch of the course.
