★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una muy buena sucursal, desde que la renovaron está muy bien, los cajeros para retiro y depósito agilizan mucho a los clientes, la atención que brindan es muy buena, es un lugar limpio y siempre con mucha seguridad incluso en noche o madrugada me siento seguro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente durante la pandemia. Hacer a la gente esperar en una fila fuera de la sucursal para después entregar sólo 20 citas en una sola sucursal para toda la ciudad es una muy mala estrategia.
Terrible customer service during the pandemic. Making people wait in line outside the branch and then deliver only 20 appointments at a single branch for the entire city is a very bad strategy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes de la pandemia el servicio era muy bueno ahora les sugeriría que si desean poner cita nos autorizen x medio de la pagina de la empresa ya que el tenerte a la interperie antes de las horas de entrada para tomar un turno de atención al cliente, haber si alcanzas a ser atendido no me parece algo adecuado. Esto en sucursal el Greco Nogales Sonora.
