★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima sucursal, intenté aperturar una cuenta, tardé más de dos horas sin lograrlo, las empleadas de la entrada muy groseras y mal organizadas. Al leer los comentarios de aquí veo que tienen muy mala fama y sólo se la pasan pidiendo disculpas pero no solucionan nada, cambien a su personal.
 Terrible branch, I tried to open an account, it took more than two hours without success, the clerks at the entrance were very rude and poorly organized. When I read the comments here I see that they have a very bad reputation and they only pass it by apologizing but they do not solve anything, change their staff.

pongan atención a su directora de sucursal que su trato no es el más cordial sigue siendo la misma persona.
Pero recientemente le volví a dar una oportunidad a la surcusal plaza ermita y me lleve una grata sorpresa el ejecutivo Diego Godínez resolvió la situación que tenía con mis cuentas de bbva,
Agradezco que por fin contraten personal con alta capacidad para hacer su trabajo.
Mis 5 estrellas es para felicitarlos que ya mejoraron a su personal ejecutivo. Se logro resolver mi problema que tenía desde hace meses y que nadie de esta y otras sucursales habían podido resolver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no respetan turnos, fui cuando hacía falta un ejecutivo y los dos que estaban solo uno estaba atendiendo, llegué a las 9:30 y casi las 11 no se a que hora voy a salir.
Pues salí a las 2, casi me hice el horario de la gerente que me atendió. Nefasto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No pude tener una solución rápida, y de los 3 ejecutivos que había, solo 1 estaba laborando, la directora no atendía y la otra ejecutiva tampoco, por esa razón me rechazaron acceso con un ejecutivo a las 3 PM cuando su horario de finalización son las 4 PM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, me tuvieron esperando desde las 2:50 pm hasta el cierre de la sucursal, solo para que un ejecutivo me dijera que no me podían atender según ella ”el sistema ya había cerrado" y que la otra ejecutiva estaba ocupada, al retirarme la encontré hablando por teléfono en la plaza. Pésima atención al cliente, no pueden jugar de esa manera con el tiempo de la gente, me voy a inbursa. ¿Es requisito indispensable el mal genio de los empleados para trabajar en BBVA?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de servicio y actitud por parte de las ejecutivas. En mi caso la Srta. Abigail me trajo ida y vuelta 4 días para un simple aumento en mi nivel de cuenta. Acudí a otra sucursal donde en menos de 5 min, me hicieron el cambio. Sinceramente dejan mucho que desear porque las ejecutivas son el primer contacto de BBVA con los clientes, por estos detalles pierden clientes. Si pueden ir a otra sucursal háganlo, se evitaran perdida de tiempo y corajes.
