They do not know anything they are asked they tell you something when entering the box they tell you that it is wrong and your checks are no longer valid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo tienen 2 ejecutivos para atc y son súper lentos ,2 horas para pasar con un ejecutivo y 2 señoras más llevábamos a bebes (porque no tengo con quien dejarlo en casa)y no tuvimos ningún tipo de consideración... pésimo de su parte
They only have 2 executives for atc and they are super slow, 2 hours to spend with an executive and 2 more ladies we took babies (because I have no one to leave them at home with) and we did not have any kind of consideration ... terrible on their part

They have good service but there is always a huge line due to the number of windows available (2 at most)

Quise abrir una cuenta en esta sucursal y la ejecutiva me tenia esperando, llega una compañera y le pidió que revisara algo porque "el cliente estaba esperando", y entonces yo que era?? Ni siquiera respetan al cliente como para decir "permitame un momento".... me fui a BANAMEX para abrir mi cuenta....
Terrible attention. I wanted to open an account in this branch and the executive had me waiting, a colleague arrived and asked her to review something because "the client was waiting", and then what was I? They don't even respect the customer to say "allow me a moment" .... I went to BANAMEX to open my account ....
