I see that I am not the only one with bad experiences in this branch. The treatment of executives leaves much to be desired, they are far from showing willingness and customer support.

Me pide un documento por correo, para hacer un tramite la que cual toma 3 dias habiles, espero esos 3 dias habiles para mandar correo en que estatus esta el tramite, mando correo por 3 dias consecutivos hasta que voy a otra sucursal y me entero de que no hizo el tramite
Incompetent executive, name: B. Johanna
He asks me for a document by mail, to do a procedure which takes 3 business days, I wait those 3 business days to send mail in what status is the procedure, I send mail for 3 consecutive days until I go to another branch and I find out about who did not do the paperwork

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una porquería de servicio, llevo un cheque certificado para abono en cuenta y no me lo quieren depositar que por qué tengo que ir a dónde certificaron el cheque, por qué solo ahí lo pueden depositar.
Aparte la persona lentisima tengo cuenta con ellos y no la quiso buscar, me obligo a buscar mi número de cuenta por que según el no había otro modo
A crap service, I have a certified check to be deposited into an account and they don't want to deposit it for me, why do I have to go where they certified the check, why can they only deposit it there.
Apart from the very slow person I have an account with them and he did not want to look for it, I forced myself to look for my account number because according to him there was no other way
