★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio , el personal lento y poco capacitado, hay muchísima gente y no funcionan todas las cajas, el director en lugar de agilizar está sentado en su silla descansando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a retirar dinero a las 6. El cajero guardo mi tarjeta por una razón obscura. Pido asistencia por el telefono: nadie contesta. El manager del banco todavía estaba en el banco y cuando lo pide ayuda, me conteste que el banco está cerrado y que por eso no le importa. Esta actitud no es profesiónal. Este tipo de comportamiento debe ser sancionado porque es muy malo por la reputación del banco

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegamos a abrir una cuenta y como si fuera oficina de gobierno (o peor) el servicio desde que llegamos fue pésimo. Un empleado llamado David en la puerta con pésima actitud, nos recibió sin la mínima disposición de darnos información completa de las opciones de cuenta que hay y apoyarnos. Nos tuvimos que ir, sin haber podido pasar con un ejecutivo. Que pena que den ese servicio a sus clientes potenciales. Ojalá que capaciten a las personas que pongan en la puerta para que sepan atender los clientes como debe ser.
We got to open an account and as if it were a government office (or worse) the service since we arrived was terrible. An employee named David at the door with a terrible attitude, received us without the slightest willingness to give us complete information about the account options that there are and support us. We had to leave, without having been able to meet an executive. What a shame they give that service to their potential customers. Hopefully they train the people they put at the door so that they know how to serve customers as it should be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Legue 8:30 am para ser el primero en ser atendido , dieron las 9:10 y no me atendían, pésimo servicio , no hay comunicación entre en trabajadores para con el cliente , no hay esa atención. Tuve que ir a otro BBVA Bancomer cerca de esa sucursal ...lamentable .
I arrived at 8:30 am to be the first to be attended, they gave 9:10 and they did not attend to me, terrible service, there is no communication between the workers with the client, there is no such attention. I had to go to another BBVA Bancomer near that branch ... unfortunate.
