★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sucursal con personal bastante amable y atento, evidentemente te dan preferencia en turno si eres cliente como en todos los BBVA. Su mas grande defecto es el estacionamiento ya que es muy pequeño y casi siempre esta lleno por lo que salir y entrar es un lío
Branch with quite friendly and attentive staff, obviously they give you preference in turn if you are a customer as in all BBVA. Its biggest flaw is the parking lot since it is very small and almost always full so leaving and entering is a mess

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En dónde puedo hacer un reclamo y solicitar una aclaración y revisión de las cámaras de video porque en ventanilla me acaban de robar 500 pesos, el día de hoy 26 de febrero de 2021 fui atendido en ventanilla 2 en un horario de 16:00 a 17:00 hrs.
Llevé a cambiar un bonche de monedas las cuales antes de ir al banco conté en varias ocasiones y era un total de 4,000 pesos, pero al entregarme la cuenta la cajera me dijo que solo eran 3,500.
Cabe mencionar que estuvieron tirando las monedas en varias ocasiones, se supone que el supervisor estaba detrás de ella vigilando, pero aún así desaparecieron mis 500 pesos.
Where can I make a claim and request a clarification and review of the video cameras because at the window they just stole 500 pesos from me, today February 26, 2021 I was attended at window 2 from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. : 00 hrs.
I took to change a bunch of coins which before going to the bank I counted on several occasions and it was a total of 4,000 pesos, but when the cashier handed me the account she told me there were only 3,500.
It is worth mentioning that they were throwing the coins on several occasions, it is assumed that the supervisor was behind her watching, but still my 500 pesos disappeared.

Always empty but it's no use because they can't fix anything. And they just send you to another branch. Terrible service, they live in fear.
