★ ★ ★ ★ ★ muy mal servicio,tengo 1hora esperando que me atiendan solo voy cambiar el beneficiario y me paré a preguntar porque me brincavan mi número y salió la directora y dijo que atienden primero a los que tienen más cosas más propiedades y más negocio. PÉSIMO SERVICIO NO recomendable ese banco lastima que no hay alguien más arriba que está encargada y no hay donde poner tu queja
very bad service, I have 1 hour waiting for me to attend only I'm changing the beneficiary and I stopped to ask why I jumped my number and left the director and said that they attend first to those who have more things more properties and more business. BAD SERVICE NOT recommended that bank hurts that there is someone up who is in charge and there is no where to put your complaint

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar muy fresco para esperar ser atendido. Los trabajadores son amables y en general siempre he sido bien tratada y mis dudas o problemas han sido solucionados. Me encanta que quién está al pendiente en los cajeros siempre ayudan a la gente mayor o quién tenga dudas de cómo hacer uso de los cajeros. Es un banco qué siempre me ha gustado por la facilidades que ofrece lo que jo me gusta es la manera cómo programan la atención ya que se manejan por números y letras dependiendo el trámite o pago qué se quiera hacer y cuando Salta de una letra a otra para la atención, unos tardan más en ser atendidos y los que llegan al final son atendidos antes. Esto no siempre pasa.
A very cool place to wait to be served. The workers are friendly and in general I have always been well treated and my doubts or problems have been solved. I love that whoever is watching the ATMs always helps the elderly or who has doubts about how to use the ATMs. It is a bank that I have always liked for the facilities it offers, what I really like is the way they program the attention since they are managed by numbers and letters depending on the procedure or payment, what you want to do and when it jumps from one letter to another for care, some take longer to be served and those that reach the end are served earlier. This does not always happen.
