T	The Iceman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesta el servicio de ésta sucursal. Coincido con otra opinión, NO se dan abasto. Nunca está el gerente, el estacionamiento es insuficiente. Deberían hacer lo mismo que Banorte y mudarse a unas oficinas más amplias. It stinks the service of this branch. I agree with another opinion, they are NOT supplied. A	Alma moreno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio para personas que no tienen cuenta con ellos, te dan turnos con tiempos de espera de hasta 40 min. La peor sucursal. Además de todo no me pudieron resolver hasta que marque yo misma a la linea ?? PÉSIMO TRATO. L	LLBP L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una sucursal bastante pequeña tomando en cuenta la cantidad de gente que acude a la misma, peor ahora por la pandemia, de nada sirve limitar el aforo de personas dentro del banco si las filas de gente que desea hacer algún trámite, pago, o depósito bancario mediante ventanilla/prácticaja son enormes y por nada del mundo se respeta la sana distancia (al menos lo que yo he visto). Los cajeros automáticos y la prácticaja (que por cierto solamente hay una) por lo regular presentan algún tipo de falla (fuera de servicio, sin cambio, o que no se puede aplicar el depósito en ese momento). En cuanto a la atención de los ejecutivos no tengo una opinión, ya que por lo mismo de las filas con gran cantidad de gente, prefiero acudir a otra sucursal a solicitar el servicio. En resumen: Si no tienen otra alternativa para evitar acudir a esta sucursal, háganlo con su debido tiempo de anticipación para hacer fila, si no, yo les recomiendo que vayan a la sucursal de Chedraui Ajusco, o bien, a Perisur.
