★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicité una cancelación de una tarjeta, pero la dejaron activa, llevo meses tratando de resolver el tema y no lo he logrado. Está es una de las peores sucursales que he visitado de BBVA, nadie se disculpa por el error que aun tengo que resolver, la gerente de la sucursal me recomendó levantar una queja con Condusef o que siguiera llamado a la linea de atención.
I requested a cancellation of a card, but they left it active, I have been trying to resolve the issue for months and I have not been able to. This is one of the worst BBVA branches I have visited, no one apologizes for the error that I have yet to resolve, the branch manager recommended that I file a complaint with Condusef or that I continue to call the hotline.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal la mitad es amable y la otra mitad no, el gerente le cuesta mucho resolver un problema, para sacar una cuenta es con otra persona, a fin de cuentas no resolvieron nada y me dieron pésimo servicio
The staff is half friendly and the other half is not, the manager has a hard time solving a problem, to take out an account it is with another person, in the end they did not solve anything and they gave me lousy service
