El día de hoy acudí para pedir el plástico de mi cuenta de débito, y me dijeron que el costo del trámite era de $210, que serían cobrados de mi cuenta en tres pagos mensuales de $70. Esto fue una mentira y un engaño, pues más tarde al revisar su portal de internet me di cuenta que el plástico es gratuito y que lo que en realidad me cobraron fue un seguro. Es una lástima que siendo la única sucursal en la zona hagan esta clase de cosas. Ya levanté el reporte correspondiente. Tengan cuidado y si pueden, mejor vayan a otra sucursal porque aquí, además de tener un pésimo servicio al cliente, son muy lentos y te atienden de mala gana. Terrible service. Los cortes los hacen y al día siguiente tienen el excedente de dinero con una simple suma . Me quito 2600 y me hicieron aclaración hasta el día 13 de septiembre . Aguas es un robo ya investigando a todos les ha pasado el mismo detalle. Cambiaré de banca ya que su servicio es deficiente , obsoleto , terrible y lento , además de robar , pesima experiencia !
